This producer usually releases its wines later than the norm so that the wines are at or near their optimal drinking window when they come to the market . The wine is filled with blackberry , plum and earth aromas and flavours . Dry and quite mouthfilling , with good structure . Enjoy it tonight with grilled lamb or age it up to five years more .
