Just like the original , the Seriously Twisted is a proprietary blend of several white varieties , but unlike its refreshing cousin , the grapes for this wine are barrel fermented , and vinified and aged separately in French oak barrels rather than in stainless steel tanks . The result is a seriously fascinating , aromatic wine with extra body and texture . Try with roast chicken , or pasta in a cream sauce .
