Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with golden highlights. Delicately fat and sweet, fresh and sparkling. Pleasantly aromatic with a fine perlage. Excellent aperitif or dessert wine with fruit or sweets. Excellent ingredient for sweet recipes. 'Floral tones float delicately atop notes of sweet peaches, apricot and tangerine. The palate is medium-sweet with good crisp acidity, nice fruit and a lively medium-long finish. Simply lovely.... It is a wonder...' Natalie Maclean, Wine Align.
