It's fermented in the traditional method, underground in separate jars using high-quality sorghum (a grain), barley and peas. Fen Chiew is famous for its refreshingly smooth taste. This Chinese Vodka is transparent and although rather high in alcohol, it tastes remarkably mild and sweet and smells elegantly fragrant.
