Tasting Notes
This 100% Cabernet Franc comes from 10-15 year old vines planted in calcareous limestone soil on south facing slopes. On the nose, a mixture of fresh red fruit, mint and peppery hints. The wine expresses the brightness of a ripe yet fresh Carbenet Franc from Bordeaux. On the palate, the acidity gives length and balance to the sweetness and the roundness of the fruit.
