About this product
Elegant and delicious Ripasso is made from Valpolicella, with grape skins from Amarone production added to the process to create a richer wine. Robust with lots of dark cherry, blueberry and mocha, plus earth and spice tones. A tasty treat with veal parmigiana, osso buco or beef fajitas.
