Tasting Notes
Fascinating greenish yellow, crystalline and consistent. The first nose, stony and oxidized notes, the minerality and the wood mark the step with their presence. Elder flowers, pineapple, lime, white grapefruit, then the wine has a phase stall, a stand-by of the aromas, and reopens with gravely notes, walnut husk. An interesting wine showing softness and flavour on the palate with a final note of white licorice.
