Tasting Notes
This is a very fine sauvignon, so carefully layered and leveraged to provide complexity and almost cyrstalline balance. I suspect different picking times and sites due the fine balance of less ripe fresh herbs, dill and lime juxtaposed with riper mandarin and passion fruit aromas. It is medium weight, rich yet crisp and keyed so well on acidity and even some minerality on the finish. The length is excellent. New Zealand tamed. Score - 93.
