Tasting Notes
'Intense black cherry red with purple and violet undertones on the edge of the glass. Medium high opaqueness, bright red and very attractive colour. Intense blend of aromas, of very ripe almost preserved red fruits; strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and above all blackberries with delicate aromas of pastries and lactic hints. Reminiscent of very delicate woods that finish in vanilla and cinnamon aromas; toffee and cocoa. The entrance of the wine in the mouth is very delicate where ripe blackberry and strawberry flavours stand out. Then the wine opens up and fills up the mouth in a very structured manner. Spice flavours, lactics with very round and soft tannins. The right touch of preserved fruits with the right amount of high-quality woods.
