Tasting Notes
Colour is a straw yellow, with some golden reflection. On the nose the aromas are well distinguished, overbearing tropical fruit, floral notes, brackish enough, it seems that it comes from the sea, like the Countess. The bouquet is constantly evolving. Drinking it, one notices an excellent acidity, good sapidity, full and discreetly enveloping. Extremely persistent and with an almost perfect balance. It does not go into the barrel. A great Italian white.
