Tasting Notes
Poggimele is 100% Sangiovese, after spontaneous fermentation it ages in steel and French oak barriques (8 months) and is bottled without filtering. 2017 vintage has notes of ripen raspberry, candied violet, ribes and cassis. Mouth is intense and juicy with a salty finish.
