TASTING NOTE : Quite a demure Riesling , this shows subtle ( for the variety ) notions of sweet pear , candied lime and apricot jelly . Medium bodied and startlingly dry given the confectionary overtones of the nose , it delivers bracing acidity and a crisp , lip - smacking finish .
