Tasting Notes
This wine comes from a historical vineyard once tended by the monks of Saint-Laurent abbey. It's 100% Sauvignon Blanc from vines aged 25-30 years grown in clay and silica soils and it's crisp and wonderfully balanced, with complex grapefruit, passion fruit and minerality. Brilliant for chicken breasts stuffed with herbed goat cheese. (Vintages panel, May 2018)
