Description
Made from mainly Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay along with splashes of Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia Istriana and Picolit, this genuine field-blend dates back to the 1975 harvest and is intended as a reflection of the terroir - predominantly marlstone and sandstone belonging to the Flysch formation from the Eocene era - in which it grows.

Tasting Notes
Thyme, fresh basil, dill and coriander all serve as a prelude to lemon meringue, honeysuckle and white peaches.
