The Perrin family is one of the most renowned winemaking families in the world. Vacqueyras was the second Côtes du Rhône village to be upgraded to AC status. How's that for an exciting pairing? The red wines of Vacqueyras are notably complex and balanced, with red fruit, spice and forest floor tones. The Les Christins is always a stunning wine, perennially perfumed, concentrated and rich, with lifted floral tones, a great depth of layered dark fruit, and flavours that can include a mix of pepper, garrigue, licorice and chocolate.
