The blend for this soft , round and vibrant wine is traditionally in the 80 % Grenache and 20 % Syrah range . Only about 20 % of the wines in the blend are given any oak treatment , which allows the fruit to really shine . This will be a fine match for grilled lamb or roast beef with grilled vegetables .
