Tasting Notes
Complex earthy, balsamic, dried-herb and spicy aromas pour from the glass of this embryonic cabernet. Tons of fine tannin are packed into the medium- to full-bodied palate, and they build to an impressive crescendo at the very long finish. From biodynamically grown grapes.
