The Tokaji region is famous for the creation of the sweet wine Tokaji Aszú. The higher the 'Puttonyos' number (which ranges from 3 to 6), the sweeter the wine. Look for attractive aromas of dried pear, fig, honeycomb and orange peel in this wine. It's alluringly sweet with a balancing vein of acidity and will make an excellent partner for foie gras, blue-veined cheeses or crème brûlée.
