Tasting Notes
100% Sauvignon Blanc. The new Rabbit exhibits intense aromas of a tropical diversity. A delicate balance between sweetness and acid gives this fruit forward Sauvignon an approachability, even for those who would not usually gravitate towards this variety. A little more tannin than most due to skin contact gives the wine extra drive and palate weight.
