Tasting Notes
The nose here offers up aromas of white pepper, minerality and citrus fruits. The palate is dry and tangy with juicy fruity and a nice citrus touch. Crisp and fresh with substantial length, it closes out with a lemon-zest character. Perfect for a variety of seafood appetizers, such as grilled prawns, or with sole fillets stuffed with crab-meat.
