This sweet ice cider is made with multiple varieties of apples picked at maturity, which then undergo cryo-concentration (freezing before pressing) and spend six months fermenting in oak. Pure, sweet apple aromas and flavours with excellent freshness and balance. (VINTAGES panel, Jan. 2015)
