Description
Gold Medal winner at the 2010 International Wine Challenge, in London. Nemea is situated on the eastern portion of the Peloponnese peninsula.

Tasting Notes

Floral and intense with aromas of cassis, red berry and wood tones. Juicy and lively with excellent acidity. Nice depth of flavour with more cassis and impressively articulated strawberry and cherry tones. The ripe fruit offers a sweet edge to the flavours, while the soft, rounded tannins provide a great frame. A good choice for beef or pork, and ripe enough to allow you to add some mild heat to the dish. (VINTAGES panel, Feb. 2015)
