Tasting Notes
The nose here is dominated with notions of applesauce and lime zest. The palate is juicy and sweet-kissed. Lovely balance and a refreshing wave of cleansing acidity and a sour lime note on the finish. This is a lively and dynamic Riesling that will be brilliant with a spicy pork dish.
