Tasting Notes
93 points Sam Kim, Wine Orbit (NZ). Single vineyard in Gibbston, Central Otago, handpicked and vinified onsite, 25 year old vines on own roots. A portion of the grapes were foot stomped to further increase complexity through skin contact. Minerality typical of the Coal Pit vineyard lingers on the palate, drawing out the length, flavoursome guava, fennel seed and lime.
