Tasting Notes
This winery has been in the Cracco family (winemaker Camilla Rossi Chauvenet's maternal side) since 1883. The blend for this Valpolicella is 60% Corvina, 30% Corvinone and splashes of other varieties. It was forged in stainless steel and offers bright cherry fruit and evergreen, with a mineral undertone.
