TASTING NOTE : The Solera for the La Ina was founded in 1919 , but only came under the control of Emilio Lustau in 2008 . Lustau sought out historic and iconic La Ina , Botaina , Río Viejo and Viña 25 brands , their aim being to bring these products back to the fore for Sherry enthusiasts . The La Ina offers floral aromas along with citrus , roasted nuts , bread dough and grilled pineapple . The palate is quite elegant and long with lovely replays . ( VINTAGES panel , June 2011 )
