Tasting Notes
An aromatic wine, with bread, lemon, pear and apple notes on the nose. Zesty and crisp with a fruity core. It begins with an off-dry feel, but the acidity brings fine balance. Sharp and steely with a long and broadly flavoured finish. Very nice. A great bubbly for the price. (VINTAGES panel, March 2015)
