TASTING NOTE : Rare Gewurz Icewine with an expressive nose of marmalade , mango , ripe peach , lots of floral and clover honey . Medium - sweet ( not at all cloying ) with very good aroma replays . Ripe fruit at the centre with a hint of acidity bringing balance . Nice structure ; almost elegant . Try with a fruit salad , or drizzled over freshly sliced mango .
