This process concentrates the aromas and flavours of the finished wine. You will find this to be a balanced and richly textured wine, with aromas and flavours of smoky dark fruits, plums, tobacco and leather. It will be a fine companion for hearty meat dishes.

Attractive aromas of ripe raspberries, plums and black cherries with hints of citrus rind, dark chocolate and wet stones. Medium-bodied with firm, polished tannins and vivid acidity.
