TASTING NOTE: Very complex nose offering a lovely interplay of pea pods, sandalwood, yellow plum, butter beans and guava. Some Savvies can become more alluring with some time under their belts and this complex and impressive wine is certainly a profound example. Very expressive, integrated flavours where no one element overshadows any other. Well made and tasty. try this with grilled chicken or cornish hen with butter beans with slivered almonds on the side.
